About Our Products |
Over forty years of design experience have gone into making our pet wheelchairs and you can have the confidence of knowing that they have been thoroughly tested on over 35,000 pets.
We make each pet wheelchair to meet the needs of your pet. Our goal is to provide you with the highest quality products to support you in caring for your handicapped pet.
If your pet is unable to use its rear legs to support itself and can no longer get around on all four legs, it will benefit greatly from using one of our carts. Please see Evaluating Your Pet for more information.
Once you have decided to purchase or rent a cart, the next step is to decide what type of cart your pet will need. Forelimb strength is one of the deciding factors that determine what type of cart your pet needs. If your pet has strong forelimb strength, a Standard Two-Wheel Cart is recommended; if your pet has moderate forelimb strength, the Front Extension Cart is recommended; and if your pet has minimal or no forelimb strength, a Four-Wheel Cart (Fully Supportive) is recommended. Often when weakness starts in the front legs, it signals a progressively worsening condition and your pet may be a better candidate for a Four-Wheel Cart (Fully Supportive) rather than a Front Extension Cart. |
